Finishing Team
We currently have a team of polishers with over 45 years of combined experience. Capable of anything from simple detailing to a complex hand carving.
Why CNC?
The installation of CNC technology allows us offer exceptional quality on things like recess drainers. Major investment in diamond tooling also allows us to offer one of the largest ranges of edge profiles in our market. Many of the leading sink manufacturers such as Blanco and Franke provide us with the drawing files of their sinks so we can produce precision cut-outs. As with all technology, mastering it has a learning curve. Classico installed the first CNC over 11 years ago. We are now on our third Intermac machine as we believe that installing the best machinery allows us to be as reliable as possible.
Why Recycle?
We also acknowledge our environmental responsibilities by operating a water recycling plant which allows us to clean and reuse the water in 90% of our machining application.
